Xiomara Cruz is a NCAA Division I basketball official with over 15 years of officiating experience. She has pursued all aspects of the game as a Division II player, a high school coach, and now as an official. Xiomara founded Primary Coverage Officiating with the motive for experienced officials to work with younger talented individuals creating an atmosphere of continuous education and growth in officiating as well as an ideal product for all those serviced. She currently works in 12 collegiate conferences and continues to serve as an instructor/mentor dedicated to upholding and enhancing the rules of basketball. Xiomara prides herself on growing her company by building relationships and has had success with growth being attributed to referrals. Within the last 2 years, Primary Coverage Officiating has opened its' umbrella to provide more opportunities for local officials in additional sports including volleyball, soccer and flag football.
